Not sure you can put giant in the same sentence as coues deer. I used to hunt the north end of Apache for mulies, would often scare coues bucks out of washes. Always thought it was odd that they would be that low. Very nice coues deer.
Anything that requires an acquired taste is odd to me. I didn't need to acquire a taste for beer, brisket, or Reese's peanut butter cups, and they make me very happy
