    Dork is delicious! I add 1# ground pork to 4# of deer for our taco/burger/meatloaf all purpose ground. Wonderful. Just the right amount of fat.

    82* here in WNC right now. Supposed to snow tomorrow night. We had straight-line wins at my place Sunday morning that took down more trees than Helene did... Everyone around here is still pretty gunshy with the wind and rain since it's still a full on disaster area around here.

    Construction PM based in the office, but do 10ish site visits a week. I wear the guide-pro eddie bauer pants. ~$50 a pair when on sale. Look clean like khakis, but are breathable, little stretchy, and quick dry.
