GOEX FFg. For my flinters I enlarged the flash hole to the next wire drill size and coned the face. I prime with FFg as well. FFFFg has too much surface area and turns to soup. I believe diet. When they get froze out of the alpine and move into the forest and browse more heavily on huckleberry and blueberry they get more tallowy.- AKHawken

I can send you the roast recipe...July ad August Alpine deer have sweeet fat. There feeding almost exclusively on forbs in the alpine...some new salmon berry growth...Once the freezing weather pushes then down their fat gets more tallowy...- AKHawken
