More opinions
Skipped ahead 8 pages and may be echoing something previously said, but, isn't this another example of current day events mirroring the events of ancient Rome? I asked my buddy Chat to help me come up with a list: 12 Parallels Between Today's World and Ancient Rome Many political, economic...- 2rocky

My latest project or Buddy’s next big adventure.
I've been following a number of DIY Cargo trailer conversions and the main selling point is that you can build a more rugged unit than most production RV's. I also think the act of building one is more accessible for people because you can go in stages and add more "convenience of home" things...- 2rocky

Geriatrics on HT , am I part of the problem?
I think my parents got traumatized from investing in a Home Stereo with only an 8 track player and never invested in audio equipment ever again. With a Father in his 80's I've noticed his gait becoming more shuffling. There is a long pause before he responds to my questions. Whether it is...- 2rocky

Red Diesel
Forgiveme if this was mentioned upthread after page 2 One thing about this Presidential order is that it only DEFERS the tax on it. The order defers the ~24.4-cent-per-gallon federal highway diesel tax (October 5 through December 31, 2026) without interest or penalties, meaning the tax is...- 2rocky

As they lay
We listened to this bull from 200 yards away as he fought with about 6 other bulls over 25 cows or so. He had been chasing off satellites for at least 2 days since we saw him on Monday night. it souded like two guys hitting baseball bats together in the trees.- 2rocky
