Putting In A New Lawn
Looks like the 19th hole! I live in a 25-30 inch rain zone with dry summers and a shallow water table. we don't try to keep a nice lawn here besides mowing it during the growing season. Gophers are a menace. The thought had crossed my mind to do the same, but I'd probably have gopher...- 2rocky

Believe it or not the Ben Davis and Key ol' Hickory shirts hold up good and are the choice of many dairy farmers here on the North Coast. The longsleeve "UPF cooling sun shirts" can go under them and you won't snag them or get grease in them. These ain't Skater boi's neither....- 2rocky

New bill about blinds near troughs
To my memory, a portable blind was ok for less than so many days...but building a blind out of brush was not ok according to CA DFW and BLM. My friends who ranch in the north Nevada Desert are pretty PO'ed at antelope hunters leaving gates open and CAMPING on waterholes. Guzzlers are even... -

Northeast Oregon
If you get a chance the summer in the Alpine of the Eagle Cap wilderness is something to behold. only been in from the north but I know there are trailheads closer to you. Some cool high mountain lakes with a few fish. -
