PCM replacement

I ordered a repacement PCM programmed to the VIN of my 2010 Silverado. Looks like reprogramming the key takes l longer than the PCM install. Anyone here done a PCM replacement?

Yes I have, the connectors will be the biggest bitch about it usually. If its already programmed it should take about 20 minutes to swap out depending on the connectors being stuck or not

I did a mail-order tune for my 05 years ago. When I installed it the truck wouldn't start, I found out I had to do a certain "re-learn" procedure to get the computer and truck to work with eachother. Not sure if the 2010's are the same way.
