Red lens when walking in the woods in the dark to get to tree stand?

Green walking, red at stand.

When I hunted a highly pressured area I wore runners red flasher.

I actually have my light set to white during our firearm season and green during bow season.

If I’m not on a trail, and need to see where my feet are going, I use white to avoid a tumble. Otherwise i use red so some jackazz doesn’t take a shot at me. After all… i’m in the east.
