Just buy a point by species. IIRC lope 40, deer 50, elk 60.

Thinking about dropping moose.

Only have 2 points but future not looking very bright. The nose bots and wolves pretty much wrecked the country I know.

I just let my Moose points go this year. I had two. Not worth it.

BigRack, I think if you skip two years then you lose the accumulated points. You can buy one point per year or if you apply and are unsuccessful then your points increase by one as well.
