Looks like they are giving out 24 bull permits this year. So close!

From what they were saying on the population counts it sounds to me like you will be hunting bison by the end of the year.

Some NR might get cold feet and not buy the tag. Isn't it like $2500? Don't give up hope yet.

Im keeping my fingers crossed, but trying not to get my hopes up too high.

I will be helping my nephew on his bow effort in Sept so get with me if you get the tag. I rifle hunted the first year the refuge was open and have 2 close friends who have drawn since. Will be glad to share any intel. Hope you make the cut!

I think you will be hunting bison this year. I was NR #4 in 2009. If there is early snow storms, you should have no problem getting on some bison, if you put in your time. If no snow, it could be a tough hunt. The kill in 2009 was down 46% from 2008, cause they stayed in the park.
