Thanks for sharing and bummer you didn't end up bringing an elk home. Road traffic is crazy up there for sure and in that area there's not a ton of space in between the roads so it's tough to get away. We were deer hunting just NE of where you were the first two weeks of September, and two of us would've gone home with nice bulls if we had a tag
