Say I have 5 points for wy non res and wanted to rifle hunt what part of the state would be a good place to apply for.Not looking for trophy units just something that has good public access and a fair chance of seeing some bulls.I hunted the bighorns 10 years ago but cant remember the unit and didnt see any elk at all. send me a message if you are not comfortable posting on the forum. thanks
