When do you usually hear about the draw?

I recall the deadline for New Mexico is End of April....When are the results posted?
I could not find and answer in the regs, but I could have missed it???

I'm feeling awfully dang lucky right now!
Like maybe I should ride over to florida and buy a lottery ticket!

The proclimation says July 14. It's on page 3 under dates to remember.
