Drew Pine Valley Unit this year, any advice on best places to hunt?

I've never been there in October during the hunt, but I have been in the area.

I've killed a few doves on Pinto Rd, Fished Baker, Fished Newcastle, Fished both enterprise reservoirs, and fished gunlock reservoir. With gunlock being the only place I haven't seen deer in that area, I think you are in for a great hunt.

The key to being successful in any Utah deer unit is getting a map with roads and look for areas away from them. If there is a road, then there will be road hunters. If there is an ATV trail, there will be road hunters.

Find areas in the mountains without roads and hike into them and you'll see your fair share of deer with a potential to get a real nice buck.
