Utah LE late season elk coming up fast!!

We've had a fantastic season so far this year with a few "first ever" tags filled but hopefully the best is for last. My daughter lucked out and drew a Utah late rifle elk tag that starts 11/10.

Any last minute late season rifle elk tips...especially for bringing kids in cold weather? I think the hardest part will be keeping her warm (especially glassing). Still rounding up some gear for that!. She tagged her first ever big game animal just a couple Fridays ago proving she can shoot well under pressure (practice paid off). She blew this buck off his feet with my 30-06.

Have a good buddy taking some time off to help us. We're all excited.

Get a good stock of hand warmers and the stick on ones too.
Glassing refuge areas will likely prove productive and I bet she has an unforgettable hunt.
