Have any of you ever glass bedded a Tikka T3(x) in a B&C Medalist stock? How did it go? Did it make a big difference? Did the bedding compound just end up around the screws, or did it add to the recoil lug too? Would be interested to hear your experiences.
My T3x shoots pretty well (well enough, really), but not REALLY well and I'm curious about bedding, never having done it.

Thanks!

I did it with one of mine - was a mess around the goofy recoil stub. Didn't improve shooting at all, left the other two alone.
I have read the same thing, did see one guy that super glued the lug to the action during the process to make it easier. But they all said it didn't help with accuracy. I'm looking at buying my first tikka now.

My medelist stock come with a full alum . bed no need to bed drop in and shoot. Have this on my 308 tikka t3x .
