Yo fellas, It has been a while since I have been on hunttalk but I am glad to be back. I love to build arrows and try new things, and was wondering if anyone has tried the new blazer veins. Just lookin' for a little feed back.

I use em and like em. I tried the "Quickspins" & "Blazers"
They both worked good to stablize broadheads, better than conventional 4" vanes, but the quick spins are heavy, and tend to tear/wrinkel when shot through a wisker bisket.
The Blazers are light, lighter than regular vanes, and tough. So far, no sign of problems with several hundred shots through the wisker bisket.
Because they are shorter and lighter, they seem to fly 2-3 FPS faster than regular vanes, and produce good groups with broadheads ( as good as I can shoot ) out to 60 yards.
I am a Blazer fan !

I have them on a couple arrows and like them. Durable, smaller and lighter...what more could you ask for?

I agree with Acon and will add that the QS are MUCH more expensive. Too expensive for ashard as I am on arrows

Acon...you frequent Impact in Clovis?
