After another week of continuous activity, it is nice to recover from too many trips. Retirement has been busy and anyone that can’t find something to keep them occupied after retirement, mustn’t be looking hard enough.

Up early and out starting Monday taking a drive through Yellowstone to Cooke City and catch some Goats on Barronette Peak, Tuesday sporting clays, Wednesday gophers, Thursday shooting carp with a bow, then catching walleye and trout, Friday float the Bighole during salmon fly hatch, then finish off the week with a bow shoot and my granddaughter’s high school graduation.

Not complaining, but sometimes it seems like you are meeting yourself coming as you’re going…

I have people tell me they don't want to retire because they will get too bored. I tell them that after you retire you look forward to the boring times.
