Tactics for Ground Blind Whitetails

Wasn't able to get out this past weekend but hoping to sometime after work. The season is fast approaching and I'm hoping to get things squared away at this little piece as soon as I can.

I don’t hunt off the ground often for deer but when I do I definetly prefer a blind when I do.i feel like it lets me get away with just a bit more movement. I took a nice 8 point (PA 8 point western 4 point) one time in a grass field similar to the situation it sounds like you are in. I carried some bailer twine in and tied some of the down grass into small sheaves and put them around the blind.
