Water chestnuts are integral to any stir fry, period, IDGAF if it's stray cats or fresh caribou meat.
Your probably the same guy that doesn't put diced mangoes on chicken tacos either.

Negative. They are normally added but the cupboard was lacking that ingredient today. Guess what? I went grocery shopping earlier today!
