!st time looking at going out of UT to bow hunt Elk where to go.

I would like to venture out of Utah in the next couple of years to do a little bow hunting for elk. Can I get some good suggestions on states/ units with either easier draw odds or OTC. I am not looking for trophy class bulls just some good hunting and I will gladly take a meat hunt any day so if you can get a bull and cow tag that is fantastic. I am based in SLC.

Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming are probably the best options as they are close.
