I’d advise against pharmaceutical sleep aids while camping. If something goes down in the middle of night you’ll want to have your wits about you.

Invest in comfort if the added weight is not an issue.

I pop some melly and a Tylenol PM! I'd probably only wake up as a bear is chowing down on my legs but it is a price I am willing to pay to sleep like a baybay!
