Selling antlers in Montana?

In Alaska it is legal to sell as long as the antlers or horns are not attached to the skull plate.
If attached to the skull plate a permit from AK Fish and Game is required.

What is the law on selling moose antlers or sheep horns in Montana?

No restrictions on selling moose antlers. If it’s a bighorn sheep all horns must be plugged by FWP in order to posses. Plugged sheep horns can be sold like any other antler or hide.
