I was wondering if I sight in my Nikon 4-12 at 100 yards on 12 power with it being SFP will it no longer be right on if it is on 4 power at 100 yards? Thanks!

The zero impact point would stay the same as long as you are zeroing on the center of the reticle.
mid you were using some form of BDC and zeroed on a off center point in the reticle it would change.
Some cheaper scopes will have their zero walk around the target as you zoom in/out or adjust parallax.
