This marinade recipe rates itself "The Ultimate". I would say not quite, but it is pretty good. It uses some mustard powder in addition to the usual and that makes it different enough to qualify as interesting. Also on the plate, winter squash roasted with maple syrup, salt, and cayenne, and wild rice (fundamental staff of life). Pretty good.
