Planting Time

Well the frost finnaly ended ( for about a week now) and we started working the garden today

I got to roto-til, while Lady Nutcracker, Quick Draw, and Orca Lover weeded the strawberries

Tomarrow we're going to start planting the rest of the garden..

This year its going to be,,,
15 rows of corn
15 rows of carrots
20 hills of potatoes
1 long row of beets
2 long rows of lettus
2 rows of bell peppers

If everything comes in we'll be eating pretty good this winter

I won't get to plant any thing until school lets out.

We got the Lettuce in last week.

You will have to intermix a little stuff in the jungle you have by your window...

Yeah, it does look a lot like a jungle I guess.

That's OK, we have a couple jungles in this house...LOL... I think their cool to see and it also keeps the air in your house purified and humidified..

We have a garden thats 60'X 30' not counting the strawberry bed that's another 30'X 25'...We generaly get enough stuff out of it to can for the winter..Hell we still have green beans from 3 years ago in the pump house, so need less to say no green beans this year

When we get planted I'll have Quick Draw post some pics

Well Vip,,,The tomatoes are going in the front of the house...Full sun and the heat from the sun off the house makes them

real nice(if we keep the damn labador out of them )
