Over the counter tags????

I know that Colorado offers over the counter bull elk tags to out of staters without draw but are there any other states that do too? We are trying to plan something for next fall. Thanks

Idaho. Last year Montana had tags leftover after the draw that you could buy over the counter.

Be careful of some of the OTC they can be late season hunts with low success, some can be good, good luck.
