I just reviewed your posts on HT. Looks like you only use it to get scouting tips. Not cool, I'm out. Good luck this fall.


Because he didn't have enough posts yet to DM, he showed his ass in a profile post to the effect that my declining to help a newb with unit-specific intel upon demand are beneath contempt ('boomer fudd' were his exact words).

I have given pretty specific assistance to contributing HT members on many occasions. I resist spot burning by having a correspondence exchange over time to get a sense of the asker, then recommending places that will get you near but not right into honey holes. Because I know accomplished hunters will likely find game near there, wannabes probably won't. BS like this newb's makes us want to STFU. I plan to keep helping HT regulars, as others have assisted me. My Code of the West is Never share a spot that someone shared with you.
