Drew this tag and am thinking about using an outfitter for the first time in my life. Think I am getting a little old for packing one out by myself(65 in October). Have always hunted alone or with a few friends. Anyone have any suggestions for this area?

Thanks for the info. Based on price, I will be looking at another DYI hunt. Probably won't be able to pack one out of the wilderness area by myself. Anyone have any suggestions on other areas?

consider renting llamas or horses.

I believe 074 is also part of that area, no wilderness, good access. A lot more people driving around though. There are some nice bulls in there too.

seen a few big bulls in 073 during my archery hunt and my wifes muzzleloader hunt. PM me and will get you some info. Great access to area and nice camp spots if you get there mid week.
