My understanding is that they could just raise the tax fee for the stamps and therefor become constitutional again even if this ruling is upheld?

On another note - got approved for the latest can in 48 hours last week.

The way I read it any resident of the states listed as plaintiffs would be good to go, and for other states the requirement would still apply. If it sticks I’ll be buying an 11.5” upper and a couple cans in short order, but I don’t expect it will without an appeal.
