New Mexico Unit 17 Question

Howdy Ya'll,

Was wondering if anyone had hunted this Unit recently and would be willing to give me the basics on it. I had planned a scouting trip prior to November but work committments got in the way.

I have maps and have Google Earthed it.

Just wondering where do most guys go, how crowded it gets,what quality deer it holds,etc.

I have tried to get through to the biologist and the warden but haven't suceeded yet.

I just got back from a antelope hunt there,,,no deer where i was but did score on a decent antelope.
