WELCOME!!! From a Former Oregonian now 10 year Alaskan!!!

@ThunderNocked , Wow, how similar our life path could've been. Still so cal guy, searched ak for living and finally bought an awesome house in soldotna on the kenai river just before my BIL drowned in FL, leaving my wife to care for her parents. F'ed up our lives for good, lost the house and all my plans, or we could have been neighbors of sorts. I'm glad you're living the life there. Enjoy it more foe those of us that could only wish.
Where abouts in AK? What do you hunt?
