Need new noise suppression system

Hello,

I need new noise cancelling/suppression hearing system.

Until now, I have been using the Walkers Elite HD Pro, coupled with professional custom molded earplugs. These were and are exceptional at protecting my ears, are secure, and reasonably comfortable for all day wearing in the field. The problem is that they no longer work, so I can't hear much.

I see that the newer versions (regardless of brand) have Bluetooth features which I like, but they also appear to be earbud style which for me are neither secure, nor seal the ear as well. Has anyone successfully combined an earbud with a molded earplug? Any other recommendations?
