Interesting story and a heck of a bull. Don't know much of anything about the elk situation in that state though. She looks hooked for life.

Wow what a bull! I venture to say that her first bull will probably be her biggest ever!

Unless she is a landowner, it is a once-in-a-lifetime, I believe. Nebraska is producing some great bulls. I helped my buddy butcher his that he shot about 40 miles south of here. He was an old 7x9 bull. He had weak tops, but probably 330 plus B&C. He was the biggest animal that I have ever processed.

There have also been a couple of huge bow kills just south of me. One was supposedly 360+ and one 390+. No confirmation on that, but pretty cool anyway.
