mustard fried fish

this might sound nasty but is tasty.

take a few fish filets and dry them off with a paper towel.
crack and mix a few eggs with some plain yellow mustard in a bowel.
dip the fish in the egg and mustard mix then dip them in your favorite batter
then deep fry them and enjoy.

Sounds good i like the beer fish or i put louisiana hotsauce an some buttered good anyway
