I can't imagine why they drew that map at its northern line when BC has had positive tests since Feb 1st, in the Kootenay region (directly north of Idaho)

I haven't been able to find the numbers posted any where on IDFG website but I was at a meeting a few years ago and a IDFG deputy director was there discussing CWD. This was shortly after the positive test in unit 14 - he said that they had been doing close to 1,000 tests a year for several years, primarily in the Bonners Ferry/Clark Fork areas and along the ID/WY border with no positives.

Updates - 3 deer tested positive and there is a new CWD management zone:
