Montana and Wyoming Antelope

Hey guys, just curious but which parts of Montana and Wyoming have the better trophy quality and numbers? I live in Canada and drove through Billings and down to Utah one summer and saw some nice goats! Is it hard to get a tag in these areas for you guys and how is the access? Do you pay private owners to go on the land or is there decent trophy quality on public land? My lat big Antelope came from New Mexico through an outfitter and landowner tag but would love to try on my own sometime.

In Wyoming the south central requires the most points. That's partially because it's almost entirely public land but trophy quality is there too. But you can find big antelope in just about every unit
