Mistake on my pronghorn app Colorado

So i wanted points only but apparently checked some box that resulted in them giving me an OTC archery tag, which I do not want.

Can I get a refund without losing accumulated points?

I believe the options are a refund of your points or money not both.

but no points were used to draw the tag right? I don't think you can turn in non-draw tags... maybe. But if no points were used to draw it, you should be good.

Edit: I think you can return a non-draw tag. But again, if you didn't use points to draw the tag, then there are no points to restore as an option against getting a refund. I think you should be good

Thanks. I've tried calling to get resolution but no luck getting through. Apparently they have a new option on rejecting tags this year, if you call them before June 14th.

There is a new process called "Reversal" ... unsure if it applies to that tag since it says "successful draw". I'd call CPW early next week (after the draw is over) as the sooner you contact them the more likely they are to be receptive.

Called CPW and was told to email the lady in charge of reversals / refunds and request a refund. She replied within and hour or two that it was taken care of.

Kudos to CPW on this one.
