Don't ever buy a bow the first year it comes out. I'm very happy with my Z7 and have shot a buddy's Z7 Extreme and it was a pretty smooth shooter

Agreed. Bought my Element when it first hit the rack, and of course they come with new RKT cams, etc this year and are faster and smoother.
