Luger .30 Caliber

Just talked to my brother and he was telling me that he just stripped it down and cleaned/ oiled as he had the day off. I have been thinking about buying him a new mag for his birthday to save wear/tear on the original one. He is likely to put perhaps, ten rounds through it a year, but seems a little sloppy to me last time I shot it.

Am recommendations for a reputable place to begin?
