Having had two serious heart attacks now…

It’s a first concern I have for any locale…

What is the response time? What’s it take to get to the nearest cardiac care?

An air ambulance ain’t cheap.

I would suggest further north in SD, east of the river, out to Aberdeen or so. Great upland birds and waterfowl, deer, some fishing, cheap places in small towns there (at least there was when a colleague retired there around 10 years ago).
