31 bucks in an 8 mile hike is impressive. Sweet deer, and good luck on the elk.

thanks for everyones kind words,,,,, we seen elk got to 600 yards in a 40-50 mph wind rain storm, to far shot in those conditions,,,, I guess we will try to go back later if speech and drama gets over in time before elk season ends,,,
