As far as points go in CO, am I reading this correctly.
5. Points accumulate until you draw a
first-choice license. If you fail to apply for
or have not purchased a license during a
10-year period, all accumulated points for
that species are purged from your record
and become void.
Meaning I can skip this year and pick up where I left off next year, or even two, three or seven years depending on where I stand in terms of buying license?
