The IDF&G adopted most of the proposals for the upcoming wolf season. The things they changed were increasing the quotas is a couple areas, extending the season in some areas and lowering the out of state tag fee. From the website "Trevey said. He also moved the nonresident wolf tag be reduced to $31.75 statewide, to be effective retroactively - hunter who already bought tags would be eligible for a refund."

They still planning to have the two tag limit, I believe it was? Will make it much easier for me as a NR to fund some wolf hunting at that price for sure.

Darn, if they would have done this earlier, I would have spent my money on an Idaho deer tag instead of Utah, at least it looks like Idaho looked at the kinds of feedback it was getting from the wolf survey they had earlier this month, that is a big step in the right direction. I'll bring my rifle with on my archery hunts this year though now after reading this, if I tag out early, I'm going wolf hunting.

Hunt Utah and Idaho they're not that far away.

Big Fin could do a 2 wolf in one trip episode this fall.
