Looks like one of the biggest changes is eliminating antlerless moose hunts in the SE and upper Snake. And reduced bull tags in the upper Snake. I did not add it up exactly, but overall looks like a couple less sheep and goat tags.

As applications increase for residents I keep debating if I should be putting in for some high odds, tougher area moose hunts. Or keep trying for one of the longer seasons or rut hunts. It seems like hunting moose sooner is a better idea. Then I could start putting in for sheep and goat.

I made the recommendation that they should only allow male goat harvest statewide to offer more opportunity. There would be a lot more tags available. If you can't tell the difference then stick to deer.
