Twice I've made the big trip way up north. Last time was near Cree Lake in Saskatchewon. But although we saw lots of animals, the sleet and endless wind distracted from the hunt. I never felt truely warm the entire time at the outfitters tent camp.

Yes, all the hunters shot fine trophies. Yes, we did it ethically.

But I advise anyone planning a trip like this to go for an insulated cabin instead of tents on a remote lake way out in the middle of tree-less tundra terrain.
