A buddy shot a cow this morning and already has a bull in the freezer so he was curious about getting something "fancy" made. He asked about House of Meats in Great Falls. He said their website has some stuff that he just doesn't have the equipment for and the local processors do not offer.
I've had their chorizo from a friend's deer (we split the cost of processing) but nothing else and that was like 3 years ago.
Anyone have experience with them lately?
