Has anyone hunted cow elk in Utah in Jan?

Looking for a suggestion of a guide or landowner contact for a Utah cow elk hunt in Jan on a landowner voucher. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

I’ve hunted for cows several times in Utah in January, but never on a landowner voucher. Plenty of cows on public in each of the units I hunted, they just take a little work to get to. I know the draw has passed this year, but you could apply next year and avoid the expense of the landowner fees.
