Hard to beat fried blue gill.
Well, I guess I’m going to have to go exploring- I’m about 5 min across the border from the bootheel, and redear are one of my favorites to chase.

We’re fishing Kentucky Lake, best it’s been in 20 years. Got rained out again came ober this afternoon, hopefully more pics tomorrow.

Jack got out of school Thursday and it’s still wet, so we headed back over. He had a helluva fight with a cat on a light rod with 4# test. Couple more bruiser redear.
