Gerber Vital and #60A blades

Does anyone know if the Gerber Vital will accept the #60A blades like Havalon uses? I’ve heard both yes and no. Thanks.

Everything I ever read said that the thicker 60a will not fit the vital. No 1st hand experience. I have a outdoor edge and a vital. Not thrilled with either but I think using the same type of knife for 30 years might have something to do with it.
I will give both a fair shake again this year.

I've used 60A bought of Amazon many yimes on the Gerber.

The 60A blades don't completely fit in my Gerber Vital. Maybe they changed something in the last couple years but the blade is too thick to fit in the little metal tab.
