We didn't get to the duck blind until 2:45 this afternoon. Set up and watch the ducks flying around and a few of them were wanting into the decoy spread. Shot a three man limit of 15 green heads in by 3:30 and off the water by 3:45.:)

Heading back out tomorrow:D

I'm sitting in a warm house getting cold because of that picture !!!

Kudos on the ducks man !!

Nicely done Nemo. Gotta love it when your waders freeze stiff and solid after setting the dekes!

It took that last cold front to push a good amount of birds here. Now we got a pile of them on the river.

Nice job!

Boy I miss freezing to death in the name of shooting ducks. It made it worth the missery.... sometimes. It looks a little frosty there.

Ithica,

You are not the only one who thinks I am an idiot for wanting to hunt in such weather. My wife rolls her eyes every time I start packing all my cold weather gear. There is just something about having those drakes locked on to your decoys spread and completely fooling them into shooting range that makes the cold go away. I can withstand alot more cold then I can heat.
