I have the Uncompahgre and love it. Wouldn't be without it. But for really really cold late season non-active whitetail sits (like end of December) I need something more. I know the Sanctuary is a much warmer coat specifically designed for this, but the near $400 price tag really stings. Anyone tried an Uncompahgre with say a down vest underneath and compared that to the Sanctuary? I can get a down vest much cheaper and I'd have more versatile system, but would it be as warm?
